What is Coaching?

The ICF (International Coaching Federation) defines coaching "as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership."

Why Would I get Coaching?

Are you feeling stuck, going through or want change, repeating certain patterns of behaviour, want accountability, feel your business is gone a bit static and needs change or want to make improvements to your life? If the answer is yes to any of these, then coaching is a great option to consider.

What is Involved in a Coaching Session?

Coaching sessions are scheduled with the client and we work through a specific goal. As a coach, I listen a lot and ask suitable questions to help explore and create new awareness and insights for the client with a view to having set accountability and actions in place after each session. Realistic and manageable actions are set with the client. It is an equal collaboration between the client and coach.

Where Does the Coaching Session Take Place?

Coaching sessions can be done online or face to face.

No, counselling helps people deal with past problems where as coaching is present-future focussed looking at what is currently stopping clients to feel content or achieving their full potential. Coaching has accountability and is action orientated.

Can I Book an Intake Session?

Yes, a call can be arranged in advance of a session to ensure that coaching is the correct fit for you.
