About Lisa

Hi there, I'm Lisa, a fully qualified ICF Personal, Business & Executive Coach and an All-Ireland Business Foundation (AIBF) Accredited Business All-Star.

Having graduated with a Degree in Business & Marketing, I spent 15 years in a successful career in International Marketing Management in the FinTech industry.

The passion for my own business and working with people was always there so in 2020, I got this opportunity for change. During this fortunate time, I took time with my three young kids and reviewed what I wanted to do for the next stage and where my passion truly lied which I knew was people and business. Taking this time was invaluable in every way and gave me time to plan & refocus and from here, I successfully trained with the Irish Life Coach Institute as a Personal, Business & Executive Coach. I also have advanced coach training in Career Coaching, Parent Coaching and Addiction & Maladaptive Coaching.

In 2022, I set up my business and now work with clients on all areas of their lives including personal, professional and business growth & development. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a client grow, gain confidence and new awareness often from a place of uncertainty and fear. 

The vision for the business is to provide a positive, safe space for clients to talk, gain more clarity and evolve.
