With over 15 years of management and leadership experience in international business, I bring a strategic blend of business acumen and personal development expertise to my coaching practice. I've worked in operational, business development, and national and international marketing roles within the FinTech industry, where I honed my skills in client relationships & development, performance, business & marketing planning, and people management.

In 2020, I transitioned from a management role to pursue time with my young family while working towards a career that aligned with my long-term plans. My passion has always been people!

From here, I trained as a Coach, earning multiple qualifications in Personal, Business & Executive Coaching, along with specialised training in Career Coaching, Parent Coaching, Addiction Behavioural Coaching and Team Coaching.

In 2022, I founded Lisa Fitzpatrick Coaching, a professional-focussed coaching practice aimed at empowering clients to navigate career transitions, enhance leadership effectiveness, live better while working towards enhanced personal and professional growth. My approach is grounded in a client-centered methodology, ensuring tailored strategies for achieving measurable outcomes.
