With over 15 years of leadership and management experience in

international business, I bring a strategic blend of commercial expertise and personal

development insight to my coaching practice. My background spans leadership, business development, and international marketing within the FinTech sector. During this time, I

developed a strong foundation in client relationships, performance management, strategic

planning, and team leadership.

My journey into coaching

In 2020, I made a deliberate career transition to create more time for my young family and

realign my work with my long-term values and goals. During this period, I discovered

coaching - a field that combined my passion for people, performance, and development.

In 2022, I founded Lisa Fitzpatrick Coaching to support individuals navigating career

decisions, leadership development, and professional transition with clarity and confidence.
