With over 15 years’ experience in leadership, business development and international marketing within the FinTech sector, I bring a practical and commercially grounded approach to coaching. My background includes client relationship management, performance development, strategic planning and team leadership across fast‑paced international environments.

My transition into coaching was a natural progression from years spent developing people, supporting teams and navigating complex organisational demands. As a mother of three, I understand the realities of managing demanding roles, balancing priorities and progressing with clarity under pressure. This experience informs my coaching and helps clients feel understood, supported and challenged in a professional, grounded way.
