Lisa Fitzpatrick Recognised as One of AIBF Top 5 Women in Business 2025

Lisa Fitzpatrick, founder of Lisa Fitzpatrick Coaching has been named

one of the AIBF (All-Ireland Business Foundation) Top 5 Women in Business 2025 by the All-

Ireland Business Foundation.


Lisa was presented with the honour live on stage at the All-Ireland Entrepreneurs Summit in

Croke Park, where she shared insights on leadership, mindset, and personal growth with a

packed audience of business leaders.

With a 20+ year background in business, Lisa launched her coaching business to help

professionals grow, navigate change and excel with confidence and clarity. Lisa is a certified Business & Career Coach. She combines her experience from the corporate world with a deep passion for helping others grow both personally and professionally.


Her coaching is centred around four powerful pillars: self-belief, confidence, clarity, and action.

growth, or leaders navigating transitions, Lisa helps her clients make empowered decisions and

move forward with purpose.


Lisa also offers workshops and workplace sessions on leadership, mindset, and resilience -

creating ripple effects in organisations across Ireland.
